The SCHURTER e-Shop provides for the purchase of small quantities of SCHURTER products, which cannot otherwise be located and purchased through our franchised distributors.

Our aim is to fill a gap in the supply chain. Since SCHURTER’s products are known for offering many variations for each series, intended to provide choices specific to your application, we want to ensure that you, the end user, can access all available variations of our products.

Inasmuch as we aim to fulfill this need, we also take care to observe the relationship between our channel partners and their customers. This is why the SCHURTER e-Shop only offers available stock on hand; backorders are not possible.

SCHURTER actually has two e-Shops, one shop is based in Switzerland (e-Shop CH), with prices in Euro, and the other in the United States (e-Shop US), with prices in USD. The available inventory for these two shops is dependent on the inventory available at these respective locations. Customers can purchase from one or the other e-Shop, but orders cannot be combined, due to each location having its own order processing system. Each order is a separate billing and shipping transaction.

The SCHURTER e-Shop is a Business to Consumer e-Shop; Respective sales tax applies. Customers with resale permits are encouraged to make their purchases with one of our distributors. Please visit our distributor stock check service to locate your desired product, or contact us to assist you.

We transfer the data we collect about you, which may also include personal data, to WiredMinds. WiredMinds is entitled to use information that you leave behind by visiting the mentioned Web sites to create anonymized usage profiles. The data are only used for improoving our services. Any IP addresses recorded are anonymized immediately by deleting the last number block. Permission to collect and store data in the future may be revoked at any time.

Although you can still browse and search for products, you must have cookies enabled in order to add items to your shopping cart or to create/log into a My SCHURTER account.

We may use your personal information to make our e-Shop easier for you to use by not requiring you to enter your personal information more than once. We will disclose your information, without notice, only as follows:

- To obey orders of the law or comply with legal process served on SCHURTER, Inc.

- To protect and defend the rights or property of SCHURTER, Inc. and its websites.

- When you have an open account with SCHURTER credit and payment history is occasionally shared with credit reporting agencies.

Any and all claims or controversies arising under or in connection with the Terms and Conditions of Sales for the SCHURTER e-Shop US (United States) and Privacy Statement for SCHURTER e-Shop US (United States) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Sonoma.

If a court or an arbitrator of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Sales for the SCHURTER e-Shop US (United States) and Privacy Statement for SCHURTER e-Shop US (United States) to be illegal, unenforceable, or invalid for any reason, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
