Governing Law / Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions of Sales for the SCHURTER e-Shop US (United States) and Privacy Statement for SCHURTER e-Shop US (United States), and any dispute arising from the relationship between the parties herein, will be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, including any laws that direct the application of another jurisdiction's laws. Any and all claims or controversies arising under or in connection with the Terms and Conditions of Sales for the SCHURTER e-Shop US (United States) and Privacy Statement for SCHURTER e-Shop US (United States) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Sonoma.

Severability
